IN-STORE PICK UP

Orders for in-store pick up are typically ready at the store of your selection within 7 days of placing the order.
You will receive an email when your order is awaiting pick up at your store. 

Orders placed between Friday 4 p.m. and Monday 4 p.m. EST will be shipped to the store on Monday.
Orders placed between Monday 4 p.m. and Friday 4 p.m. EST will be shipped to the store on Friday.
Please allow for 3 business days from the day of shipment for the order to arrive at your store.

SHIP TO HOME

Orders are typically processed same-day when when ordered by 4 p.m. EST, Monday - Friday.
Orders placed after 4 p.m. EST will be processed the follow business day, and any orders placed
on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. All orders are mailed by first-class or priority mail
shipping via USPS. Please check your email for shipment tracking numbers and notifications for in-store pick up orders.

Online Purchase: Return/Exchange In Store

You may return or exchange online purchases in store. You must go to a location within 7 days of receiving
your order for a refund, and within 30 days for exchange or store credit. Make sure you have your
order confirmation email with you. Clothing must be returned in unwashed, unworn condition with tags attached. 

Online Purchase: Return/Exchange by Mail

If returning or exchanging by mail, customers must pay for return shipping and must contact us at
help@thecoppercloset.com within 7 days of receiving the package for return or exchange instructions.
Clothing must be returned in unwashed, unworn condition with tags attached. 

In-Store Purchase: Return/Exchange In Store

In store purchases must be returned or exchanged in store, not by mail. Customers must return the item
within 7 days for a full refund and 30 days for an exchange or store credit. Clothing must be returned in
unwashed, unworn condition with tags attached.
