Shipping & Returns

Orders for in-store pick up are typically ready at the store of your selection within 7 days of placing the order. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up at your store. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please email help@thecoppercloset.com. Please note: customer service related to online orders is available by phone or email Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST. Any emails or phone messages left outside of those hours will be replied as soon as possible the following business day.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday and are typically shipped out within 1-3 business days. All orders are mailed by first-class or priority mail shipping via USPS. Online Purchase: Return In Store
You may return or exchange online purchases in store. You must go to a location within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund, and within 30 days for exchange or store credit. Make sure you have your order confirmation email with you. Clothing must be returned in unwashed, unworn condition with tags attached.All Sale Items are FINAL SALE, therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Swim is exchange only and bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged without the hygiene liner. 

 

Online Purchase: Return by Mail
If returning by mail, customers must pay for return shipping and must contact us at
help@thecoppercloset.com or complete a return request within 7 days of receiving the package for a refund and within 30 days
for store credit. Exchanges are only accepted on in-store returns. Clothing must be returned in unwashed, unworn condition with tags attached. All Sale Items are FINAL SALE, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Swim cannot be returned or exchanged without the hygiene liner.
